Historic 20 - room mansion built in 1855.  Amid towering mirrors, double parlors, and the circular staircase we’ll hear the stories of old Mobile. Following our home tour, options include a plated luncheon, or High Tea may be considered.  All surrounded by Stately Oaks.

ALL ABOARD!  FOR RAILROAD BUFFS YOUNG AND OLD

As we head by Trolley (bus) to Main Street USA Model Train exhibit.  Housed in the 24’ by 60’ building, and a quarter of a mile of track, this gift to the City of Foley took 6000 volunteer hours to put the “O” gauge track display together.  A member of The Caboose Club will take the microphone to share the story.  Followed by a trip to the Burris Farm Market where you can enjoy mile-high cobblers and shortcakes from a variety of desserts from the bakery.  With time to stock up on fresh produce brought in daily by local farmers.

on national TV and in national magazines, on this tour of of some of the most beautiful
homes on the coast.

MAGNOLIA SPRINGS STORYBOOK

Author Fannie Flagg has written a story about this delightful village tucked away on the Magnolia River where the mail is still delivered by boat.  The entertaining bus tour of town will be given by David Worthington, owner of the Magnolia Springs Bed & Breakfast.  A guided house tour will follow.  Featured many times in Southern Living.

FABULOUS FOODIE PARTIES

Casual cooking class at Fairhope’s most popular culinary shop (with many unique items) The Village Peddler. The class will be led by a prominent local chef, and participants will wine and dine on the demonstration results.  Then it’s off to Punta Clara Kitchen for a private dessert party on the front porch of the century-old family home. Time to browse and sample an array of delectables.
